Omnia Bpo Company

We are Omnia Bpo Company and we work out of a building on Hill Marg in Baljit Nagar. The exact address is T-235/22 and we have been in this part of New Delhi -08 for a good while. BPO work means a lot of time spent on headsets and looking at computer screens. It can be a bit loud in the office when everyone is on a call at the same time, but we have gotten used to the noise. Our space isn't very large, just enough room for the desks and the servers we need to keep things running. We aren't one of those massive call centers with thousands of employees. We are a smaller group and we all know each other's names. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living in Delhi. We handle various tasks for different clients, mostly answering questions or processing data. It is repetitive work but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We don't have any fancy break rooms or ping pong tables like the big tech companies. We usually just eat our lunch at our desks or go out to the local food stalls on the street. It is a straightforward operation without any hidden layers or corporate polish. We show up, do our shifts, and go home to our families. Baljit Nagar is a crowded area but it has everything we need close by for the office to function.
