Ominia Bpo Services Pvt Ltd (Indian Airlines Back Office)

We've been over here at 993 Tri Nagar for a while now. Most people around Delhi know us as the back office part of Ominia Bpo Services, specifically handling stuff for Indian Airlines. It's not a flashy setup. We mostly deal with paperwork and computer data all day long. The office is tucked away in Tri Nagar, which stays pretty busy with traffic and local shops. We've got a small team that comes in every morning, grabs tea from the corner, and gets to work. It’s a lot of routine tasks, keeping things organized behind the scenes so the airline side runs okay. Sometimes the air conditioning acts up, or the internet slows down, but we just get through it. We aren't trying to be some big tech hub. It’s just us working in this part of Delhi. The street outside can get noisy in the afternoons. Most of the staff live nearby, so it's a local feel inside the office too. We don’t have fancy lobby furniture or anything like that. Just desks, chairs, and people trying to finish their quotas before the day ends. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch. It's a plain building, nothing special to look at from the outside. We just show up and do the work that needs doing for the back office operations. That’s pretty much how it goes here every day. It's simple work but it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
