Omia Bpo Services

We are located over at Plot No 49, 50, and 51 in Pocket 7, Sector 2 of Rohini. It’s a decent-sized space since we’ve taken up three plots to fit everything in. Rohini is a big residential and commercial area, so there’s always something happening around the corner. At Omia Bpo Services, our daily life revolves around our headsets and computer screens. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office is usually humming with the sound of people talking and the tap-tap-tap of keyboards. We have a small break area where we hang out when we aren't on a call. Sector 2 is a bit quieter than some other parts of Delhi, which is nice when you need to focus. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just us saying hello. The furniture is practical and we’ve arranged the desks to make the most of the space we have. Most of us have been here a while, so we know each other’s habits pretty well. We deal with the usual office stuff like broken printers or running out of milk for tea. It’s an honest way to make a living. We just show up at our Rohini office, work through our shifts, and try to keep things running smoothly. There’s no secret to it, just staying busy and getting through the day with a bit of humor.
