Omaxe Ltd.

You can find Omaxe Ltd. at C-6/111 in Yamuna Vihar. This is our Delhi office where we handle a lot of the local project coordination. It is a basic setup with some desks, a few cupboards for files, and a map of the area on the wall. Yamuna Vihar is a busy place, and we are right in the thick of it. We spend our days talking to contractors and checking on how various bits of work are coming along. It is a lot of phone calls and looking at spreadsheets. The office doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles. We have a small water cooler in the corner and a few plastic chairs for visitors. The lighting is just standard fluorescent tubes, nothing special. We usually have the windows open if the weather is nice, though the street noise can get a bit loud sometimes. People from the neighborhood often stop by to ask about plots or construction updates. We try to give them straight answers without any fluff. It is a very down-to-earth kind of place. We don’t wear suits unless there is a very big meeting. Most days it’s just trousers and a shirt. We’ve been at this C-6/111 address for a while, and it serves us well for what we need to do every day. We keep a stack of newspapers on the front table for anyone who has to wait. Sometimes we share a box of sweets if it's someone's birthday or a holiday.
