Omanairways

This location is right by the E.S.I Hospital in Manak Nagar, out on Kanpur Road. It’s a very busy stretch of road, so there’s always the sound of horns and trucks passing by. We spend most of our time here at the counter or sitting at the back desks. Omanairways has this small office space to handle the local stuff. It is not like a big airport terminal; it is more like a quiet room where we handle files. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, and the ceiling fan wobbles a bit if you turn it on high. We have a routine of coming in, sorting through the mail, and answering the same questions over and over. It’s honest work, though. The hospital being so close means there are always people walking around outside, which keeps the area feeling alive. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us what to say. We just show up and do the tasks that are in front of us. Sometimes the computers act up and we have to wait for the IT guy, but mostly things run okay. We have a small fridge for our lunches and a lot of old calendars on the walls. It’s a basic place, but it works for us. We try to keep things moving and get people their answers without making a big fuss about it.
