Omaina Bpo

We are located right in the middle of the chaos at 62 Main Bazar in the Subzi Mandi area. If you know Delhi, you know how loud and busy it gets around here. Our office, Omaina Bpo, is tucked away where we handle a lot of the backend stuff. It’s mostly computer work and taking calls. Sometimes the noise from the market outside gets a bit much, but we’re used to it by now. The team here is small. We don't have those massive glass buildings like they do in Gurgaon. It’s just a practical space where we get the daily tasks done. We spend a lot of time looking at spreadsheets and answering queries. It’s not very glamorous, to be honest. Some days are long, especially when the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which happens more than I’d like. We just keep going because the work needs to be finished. We’ve been at this spot for some time, and the vendors nearby know us well. Usually, we grab tea from the stall downstairs twice a day. The office has a few desks pushed together and some old filing cabinets in the corner. It feels more like a home than a corporate office. We just focus on the work at hand and try to stay organized amidst all the Subzi Mandi madness. It’s a real, local operation and we just do our part. The rhythm of the bazaar keeps us moving.
