Om Tours & Travels

You can find Om Tours & Travels at 1377 in Pitam Pura. It’s a busy little spot. We have posters of different holiday places on the walls, but they’re starting to fade a bit from the sunlight coming through the window. We’ve been helping people with their trips for a long time now. It’s a small office, mostly just desks and some chairs for people to sit while we look up flights or trains on the computer. Pitam Pura is a lively neighborhood, so there's always something going on outside our door. We don't have a fancy website or a huge call center. It’s just us answering the phone and talking to people who walk in. We know a lot of the families around here. They come to us when they want to visit relatives or go on a holiday. We don't use fancy travel industry jargon. We just try to find a good route that works for them and doesn't cost too much. Sometimes the printer jams right when we need to hand over a ticket, which is frustrating, but we get it sorted eventually. We have a small teapot and some glasses for when guests stay to chat for a bit. It’s more of a community hub than a cold corporate office. We like the personal touch. Most of our day is spent looking at schedules and trying to make everything line up. It’s honest work and we enjoy seeing people get excited about their travels.
