We’ve been here at 780-D on Link Road for quite a while now. Most people around here know us for fixing phones and sorting out connections. It’s not a huge shop, but we keep things moving. We started out just doing small repairs and it grew from there. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the afternoons when everyone finishes work and stops by. We try to get through things as fast as we can. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff, answering the same questions about bills or signal issues. We don’t have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just a counter and some stools for people to sit while they wait. People drop in to pay their bills or ask why their internet isn't working right. We see a lot of the same faces every week. It feels good when someone brings in a broken screen and we can actually get it working again by the next day. Sometimes we run out of specific parts and have to ask people to come back later, which is frustrating but that's how it goes. Link Road is always busy, so there's usually a lot of noise outside. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. If you're passing by 780-D, you'll see us there. Nothing too special about it, just a local spot for people needing help with their tech. We keep it simple.
