Om Telecom

Om Telecom is a small shop located at A-4/209 in Paschim Vihar. We’ve been sitting in this spot for a good while, helping people with their phones and connections. It’s not a big showroom like you see in the malls. We just have a few glass cases and a counter where we sit. Most people come in because they have a cracked screen or their battery isn't holding a charge like it used to. We also do recharges and sell some basic accessories like cables and covers. It’s a neighborhood place, so we see the same faces quite often. We aren't some big chain; it's just us trying to make sure people can stay connected. Sometimes the repairs take longer than we hope because parts are hard to find, but we always try to explain that clearly. The shop can get crowded in the evenings when everyone is off work, but we do our best to help everyone in line. We don’t use any big words or try to sell you things you don't need. If a phone is too old to fix, we just tell you straight. It’s simpler that way. Paschim Vihar is a nice area, and we like being part of the daily life here. We've seen kids grow up and get their first phones from us, which is a bit strange to think about, but it shows how long we've been around.
