Being on Rama Road means there is always traffic and noise outside. Om Telecom is located at shop 24 inside Banda Bairagi Market. It is a small place but we manage to fit everything in. Most of our time is spent behind the counter. We deal with all sorts of things related to phones and connectivity. The market stays busy from morning till late evening. It’s a local spot where people come when they have a problem with their device or just need a quick recharge. We don't do anything fancy here. It's just a regular shop where we try to stay busy and help whoever walks in. Sometimes the internet is slow or a customer is in a hurry, and we just deal with it one by one. It gets dusty because of the road, so cleaning is a constant job. We’ve seen the area change over the years but the market vibe stays the same. Number 24 is easy to spot if you are walking through Banda Bairagi. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us here making sure things run okay. It's just a regular day-to-day life for us on Rama Road. No big corporate goals, just keeping the shop open and serving the local crowd that passes by every day. We hope to stay here for a long time yet because we know the people and they know us as part of the market fabric.
