If you find yourself in Rana Pratap Bagh, you might come across Om Sai Telecom at D 6/18. It’s a pretty standard spot for this neighborhood. We have been operating out of this location for a while, and it has become a bit of a daily routine for us. The shop is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—recharge vouchers, some old phone models, and piles of cables that always seem to get tangled no matter how much we straighten them. Rana Pratap Bagh is a nice enough area, though parking can be a bit of a headache for people coming by. We usually just tell them to park quickly around the corner. Inside, the lighting is a bit dim because one of the bulbs has been flickering, and I keep forgetting to bring a ladder to change it. My cousin helps me out during the busy hours, which is usually right after school gets out. We see a lot of people who are having trouble with their SIM cards or just need a new charger because they lost theirs. We don't try to act like we know everything, but we’ve seen enough phones to handle the common problems. It’s just a regular local business at D 6/18. We don't have a website or any of that, just the shop and the people who walk in off the street every day. It is enough for us to stay occupied and happy. The neighborhood is really fine.
