We deal with logistics, so that means a lot of trucks, drivers, and heavy boxes. The street outside is usually full of vehicles, so getting things in and out can be a bit of a challenge some days. Inside the office, the walls are covered with maps and delivery schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone, tracking where things are and making sure they get to where they’re going. It’s a loud environment sometimes, especially when the engines are idling outside. We’ve been at this for a while and we know the routes around the city like the back of our hands. Om Logistics Ltd. isn’t about fancy offices; it’s about getting the work done. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused throughout the long shifts. Sometimes a delivery gets delayed because of the traffic on the ring road, and we have to explain that to the customers. We don’t have a script for how we talk to people, we just tell them how it is.
