Om Logistics Ltd

Our office is based over in the Old Housing Board Colony in Bhiwani. It’s at number 178, and it’s a fairly quiet street compared to the main highways. We’ve been doing logistics here for a while, mostly handling the paperwork and making sure things get from point A to point B without too much trouble. It’s not the most glamorous job, dealing with manifests and tracking numbers all day, but it’s what we know. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of offices; we are just a local team in Haryana trying to get the job done right. The office is often filled with the sound of printers and people talking on phones to drivers who are stuck in traffic or lost on some back road. We drink a lot of tea while we look at schedules. Sometimes the internet goes down or the power cuts out, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else in the colony. We don't have a big marketing budget or flashy ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our trucks around. It’s practical work. We focus on the loading and the unloading and the stuff in between. If a package is late, we find out why and tell the truth about it. That is just how we run things here in Bhiwani.
