We are based out of 7/333 Jwala Nagar, on Krishna Gali in the Shahdara area. Delhi-32 is a very crowded and active part of the city. Our office is right there in the middle of the bustle. We handle logistics, which basically means we move things from point A to point B. It’s a lot of talking to drivers, checking manifests, and making sure trucks are where they’re supposed to be. Krishna Gali is a narrow street, so it can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve been in this location for years and the neighbors know us well. The office isn't anything special to look at. It’s functional, with desks, phones, and a lot of logbooks. We don't have fancy uniforms or a polished image. We’re just regular people working hard to make sure shipments don't get lost. Some days are stressful when a delivery is late or a truck breaks down. We just deal with it. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time on our mobile phones. Shahdara has a lot of energy, and we’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of life here. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just try to be reliable and get the work done every single day. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way.
