Our shop is right in Palam Village, specifically at number 2. It’s been there for quite some time. If you know the village area, it’s easy to find. We mainly handle phone stuff. Whether it’s a SIM card issue or someone needs a new charger because their dog chewed the old one, we see it all. I’ve lived in Palam most of my life, so I know most of the people walking past the door. Some stop just to say hello, not even to buy anything. I don’t mind it. It makes the day go faster. The counter is usually covered in tools and small parts from whatever phone I’m trying to fix that day. It gets a bit chaotic. I’m not very good with computers, so I do most of my bookkeeping by hand in a big notebook. It works for me. The summers get really hot here, and the small fan I have doesn’t do much, but we survive. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to open the doors every morning and help whoever walks in. Sometimes we run out of stock for certain things and have to tell people to come back tomorrow. It’s just me and my brother running the show usually. We keep things simple. The floor needs a good sweep by the end of the day, but usually, I’m too tired to do it until the next morning.
