You can find us over in East Vinod Nagar, specifically at E-164 on Lane No-10. We are quite close to Mayur Vihar-II, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find the place for the first time. The office is run by Priyanka Bisht and it is a straightforward travel setup. We don't go for anything too flashy here. It’s just a room with desks where we try to help people figure out where they want to go and how to get there without spending too much. Travel can be a headache with all the different rules and prices changing every hour, so we spend most of our time just trying to keep up with it all. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, but we keep busy. We have a lot of maps and brochures lying around, though most things are done on the computer now. Sometimes we stay late when someone has an emergency or a flight gets canceled and they need a new plan right away. It is not always easy, and sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, but we just handle one person at a time. We’ve been in this lane for a bit and people around here know us as the place to go when they need to get out of town. We just try to be honest about the prices and the timings so nobody gets a surprise later on.
