Olive Bar N Kitc. Pvt Ltd is our place located at 93/3 in Section 1 of Pushp Vihar, Saket, N. D 17. It’s a busy spot where we spend most of our time getting things ready for the day. Whether it's in the kitchen or the bar area, there's always something to do like cleaning floors, wiping down tables, or checking the stock. The Saket area is quite a popular destination in Delhi, so we see a lot of different people coming through the doors. The building itself has been here for a while and we’ve become part of the local scenery in Pushp Vihar. We don't go in for fancy talk or corporate polished language; we’re just a group of people working hard to keep the place running. Our mornings start with the delivery trucks arriving with fresh ingredients and crates of drinks. We have to haul everything inside and get it organized before the first customers show up. It’s a lot of physical work and we are usually on our feet for eight or ten hours at a time. The kitchen gets hot and the noise can be quite a bit when we’re busy, but that’s just the nature of the business. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and make sure everything is in order. It’s a practical, everyday job for us here in South Delhi and we don't plan on changing much about how we do things.
