Olive Bar And Kitchen

We are over here in Mehrauli, right at house number 84/A/8. It is on the fourth floor, so you have to head up there to find us. The area is pretty busy most days, especially around Ward No. 4. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. The kitchen gets hot in the afternoons, but that is just how it goes when you are cooking all day. It isn't a huge place, but we make it work with what we have. People come in and out, and the staff is usually running around trying to keep things moving. Sometimes the lift is slow, which is a bit of a pain for everyone, but we manage. You can see a bit of the neighborhood from the windows up here. It’s mostly just us doing our thing every day. We don't have any fancy speeches to give. We just open the doors and get started with the prep work before the sun gets too high. There is always something to fix or a table to wipe down. It’s loud, a bit messy at times, and we are usually tired by the end of the shift. But we like the spot we have in Mehrauli. It feels like home after all these hours spent here. We keep the lights on and the stove going, and that is pretty much the whole story for Olive Bar and Kitchen. Nothing more to it than that.
