Olive Bar And Kitchen

We have been running Olive Bar And Kitchen at 1425 Sec 16 Faridabad for some time now. It’s not a massive operation, just a place where we get the cooking done and serve people who come through the door. You won't find any corporate speeches here. We are just local people who know how to run a kitchen. Most of our day is spent prepping ingredients or making sure the tables are wiped down properly. Sometimes the delivery truck is late, and we have to scramble, but that is just how it goes in this business. The space at 1425 is simple. We have the kitchen in the back and the seating out front. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or anything like that. People in Sector 16 know we are here. We just try to keep the food decent and the place clean. The chairs might be a bit old, but they work. On hot days, the kitchen gets really warm, but we just keep at it. We are not trying to be the biggest place in town. We just want to do our work and go home at the end of the shift. It is a very practical way to run a business. We’ve lived in Faridabad a long time, so we know the area well. It feels right being here and we enjoy the local neighbors who stop by for a chat once in a while.
