Our place is located at Wa-141 in Shakarpur, which is a pretty crowded part of New Delhi. If you’ve ever walked through the lanes here, you know it’s always moving. We’ve been in this spot for a bit, and while the building is an older one, it suits what we do just fine. Most people reach out to us by phone or email first, but we are usually here at the desk if someone wants to drop by. The office is a bit small and we have stacks of papers and folders everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find fancy furniture or expensive art on the walls. We just have our desks, our phones, and the work we need to finish. The street outside can get quite loud with the rickshaws and vendors, but once you step inside, it’s a bit more focused. We’ve lived in Delhi long enough to not be bothered by the noise anyway. It’s a simple setup we’ve got going in Shakarpur. We just try to stay on top of the messages and get back to people as soon as we can. It’s just us doing our thing every day, trying to keep the business running without making it more complicated than it needs to be. The stairs to our unit are a bit narrow, so we always tell people to watch their step if they’re coming by. Shakarpur is full of these kinds of buildings, all leaning against each other. We’ve got a small window that looks out over the street, but it’s mostly blocked by some wires and a neighbor's laundry. It doesn't matter much since we're mostly looking at the screen anyway. We just keep moving forward, handling one thing at a time until the day is over.
