Old World Hospitality

We are based out of South Extension Part 1, at A 9. Old World Hospitality isn't your typical high-rise corporate office. It’s a bit more grounded than that. We handle a lot of things related to how people are treated when they visit various places, but our own home base is pretty straightforward. South Ex is a busy spot in New Delhi, so there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been at this for a while, just managing the day-to-day bits of the hospitality world. It involves a lot of coordination and making sure schedules are kept. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. If a job needs doing, we just get it done. The office has a lived-in feel to it, with stacks of planners and old notes everywhere. It’s a human way to work. We aren't perfect, and sometimes the phones ring off the hook, but we try to keep a steady head. Most of our time is spent making sure other people have a good experience, even if our own workspace is a bit cluttered. It’s about the people at the end of the day. We like being in this part of Delhi because it keeps us connected to the city. We don't put on airs. It’s just work, and we do our best to stay organized. Sometimes we forget to order more stationery until we run out, but that's just life. We focus on the big stuff and let the small things happen in their own time.
