We’re situated in Rajouri Garden in the Mig Green Flats. We are on the ground floor at 214 B so it’s easy for people to find us. This part of New Delhi is always moving and there’s always something happening nearby. Our work is all about hospitality but we don’t do it from a big hotel lobby. We do it from this flat where we manage all the different parts of the business. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the files and the equipment but we make it work. We spend a lot of time talking about food and service and how to make events better. None of us are big on fancy titles. We just do whatever needs doing to get things ready for our clients. The neighborhood is full of shops and people so there’s always a good energy around. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain about the noise if we’re loading stuff late at night but we try to be quiet. We’ve been here for years and we know the local market inside out. It’s not a polished corporate office with glass walls. It’s a real place where real work happens every day. We just focus on the details and try to make sure everything we handle is done right. It’s a lot of hours but we’re used to it by now.
