Ohris Banjara

Ohris Banjara sits right on Road Number 12 in Hyderabad. It is a busy spot. We spend most of our days making sure things are ready for people who walk in. Most of us have been here for a while and know the regulars by name. It gets quite loud during lunch hours and the kitchen stays hot. We don't do anything too fancy, just the regular work of keeping the place running. Sometimes the traffic outside is a mess, but inside it's just us doing our thing. The staff eats together when there’s a break. It is a decent place to work if you like being around food all day. We try to keep the tables clean and the water glasses full. There’s always someone checking the supplies or talking to the delivery guys. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in movies. It’s just a building on a busy street where people come to eat. We have our good days and our slow days like anyone else. Sometimes the AC acts up or a light bulb flickers, and we just fix it and move on. That is pretty much how life goes at our spot in Banjara Hills. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, but we are still here. It’s a job and a place we know well. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
