Office Automation Hub

Working at Office Automation Hub means being right in the middle of the hustle in Chawri Bazar. Our address is Plot No.55 on Street Raja Kedarnath, which is very close to the Chandni Chowk Metro Station. If you have ever been here, you know how crowded and loud the streets can be. There are rickshaws and people everywhere at all hours. Our shop is a bit small, so we have to be very careful about how we stack our machines and boxes. We deal with all kinds of office machines like copiers and scanners. Most of our day is spent showing people how a machine works or trying to fix one that was brought in. Because we are so close to the metro, we get a lot of people just walking in to ask directions or see what we sell. It can be quite exhausting with the constant noise from the market outside, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We have a small mezzanine where we keep some of the spare parts and old records. It is a bit of a climb up the narrow stairs. We don't have any corporate training or formal uniforms. We just wear what is comfortable for moving heavy equipment around. Most of the other shop owners on the street are friends of ours, so we often stand outside for a few minutes to chat when things are slow. It is a tough area to work in, but it is never boring.
