Our team works out of B-92 in Preet Vihar, New Delhi. Of Livewel Aviation has been rooted in this area for a while now. Preet Vihar is a well-established part of East Delhi, and being here keeps us close to a lot of the transit links we need. We don’t have a massive hangar or anything like that at this address; it’s the administrative side of the aviation business. We handle a lot of the behind-the-scenes logistics that keep planes in the air. This means a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and coordinating with crews. The office isn't overly decorated. It’s mostly just shelves of files and people at their desks. We’ve got a small group of staff who know the industry well. It can be stressful when schedules change or there’s an issue at the airport, but we just deal with it as it comes. There’s no big corporate manual we follow for everything; we just use our experience to solve problems. The street outside can be quite noisy with the usual Delhi traffic, but once you’re inside, it’s all about the work. We’ve been in this building for long enough that it feels very familiar. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’re just here to make sure the aviation services we support run like they’re supposed to. It’s a practical, everyday kind of operation.
