Of Associates Provide Performance Feedback

Our setup is based in Dwarka, specifically at Flat No. 671 in Sector 13. It's in Pocket-B. The name is a bit of a mouthful, Of Associates Provide Performance Feedback. Most people just know us by where we are located. Sahil Sharan is the name associated with the place. We've got the 110075 pin code for the mail. The office is basically a flat, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big glass building. We work out of the different rooms there. It’s quiet enough most days, which is good for focusing on the tasks at hand. We don't have a lot of walk-ins or visitors. It's mostly just the core team sitting around laptops and talking things through over tea. The 9 July 1981 date is tied to the history of how this all started for us. New Delhi is always moving fast but Sector 13 feels a bit more tucked away from the main chaos. We’ve got a small balcony where we can see the street below. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving. We don't put on any airs here. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. The neighborhood is mostly families and other small offices tucked into flats. We like the quiet. It’s a practical way to run things. No big lobby or receptionist, just us in the flat getting things done. It’s been our base for a while now and it suits us fine.
