Our office is at Copernicus Marg, specifically C Block 7. It’s a nice area with a lot of trees around, which makes the walk to work quite pleasant. Odyssey Tours And Travels isn’t a huge operation. We mostly stay inside and deal with the logistics of people going on trips. The building is older, so it has that specific smell of old paper and dust. We have some large desks where we spread out all the itineraries and vouchers. It can get a bit messy during the peak season when everyone wants to go away at the same time. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. We’d rather just have good coffee and a working printer. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years because they know where to find us. We aren’t interested in those high-pressure sales tactics you see elsewhere. We just sit down, look at the options, and see what fits. Some days we spend hours on hold with airlines, which can be frustrating, but it’s part of the job. We like the quietness of Copernicus Marg compared to the rest of Delhi. It gives us space to think. We just keep track of the bookings and make sure the details are right. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and it seems to work for us.
