Our office is at B-95 in Preet Vihar, which is a pretty well-known spot in Delhi. It’s not a huge building, just a standard place where we handle travel stuff all day. Most of the time, the desks are covered in papers, maps, and printouts of train schedules. We started doing this because we like seeing where people want to go, and Preet Vihar is a good central place for folks to drop by. We handle a lot of phone calls from people asking about bus timings or flights to different parts of India. It’s just a few of us working here, so it gets a bit hectic when two or three people walk in at the same time. We don't have any flashy advertisements in the window. Usually, it’s just us sitting there with our tea, looking at computer screens. The traffic outside on the main road can be a headache, but we’re used to it. We help people figure out their trips, whether it’s a short weekend away or something longer. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait around, which gives us time to chat with whoever is in the office. We aren't trying to be a giant global agency. We’re just a local travel shop where you can talk to a real person instead of a website. It’s practical, honest work and we like being in this neighborhood. We’ve been at this address for a long time now.
