Ocean Glassware

Our shop is right in M Block, over at Gali Number 5 in New Friends Colony. It’s a nice enough area in Delhi, though finding a parking spot near the lane can be a total nightmare during the day. We spend most of our time surrounded by boxes of glassware. It gets quite dusty, so we’re always wiping things down before anyone sees them. The shelves are packed with all kinds of glasses and plates. Sometimes things break, and we just have to sweep it up and keep going. It’s mostly just us here, a small team trying to keep track of everything coming in and going out. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and the guy at the corner shop usually brings us chai around four in the afternoon. People stop by to look at the stock, and we just chat while they browse. It’s a simple setup, nothing like those big shiny malls you see in the city. The lighting inside is a bit dim in the back corner, but we know where everything is. We don’t have any fancy displays, just stacks of stuff that people might need for their kitchens or houses. It’s a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we manage to fit it all in somehow. It’s just a regular business day for us here in the colony, keeping things moving and hoping the glass doesn't crack.
