Our office is over in Sector 41 of Noida, specifically at I-85. If you know G B Nagar, you know this part of Uttar Pradesh can be quite different depending on which block you are in. Our street is mostly quiet, which is a nice change from the chaos of the main roads. We handle flight services, but from this specific ground-level view. The building is a standard Noida house turned into an office space. We have a small gate out front and some plants that we try to keep alive, though the heat makes it hard. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at schedules. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits and ties every day. We usually just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the logistics. The power cuts used to be a problem, but we have a generator now that kicks in with a loud groan whenever the lights flicker. We eat our lunch together in the small pantry area. It’s usually just dal and roti brought from home. There’s a certain rhythm to the day here. We start early because the aviation world never really sleeps, and we wrap up when the work is done. It’s a practical setup for a practical job. We don't need much more than that to keep things moving. We just focus on the lists and making sure everything is where it should be.
