Oberoi Hotel

We aren’t one of those massive luxury hotels you see in the movies. We are just a local establishment providing a place to stay. The address 7/99 is easy to spot once you get onto the right street in Geeta Colony. We have a small reception area where we check people in. The rooms are basic but we try to keep them as clean as possible for whoever is staying. The neighborhood is very active, and there are always people selling things on the street or neighbors chatting outside their houses. It’s a noisy place, but that’s the charm of Geeta Colony. We’ve been running this spot for some time now. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s mostly just us and a few workers who help with the cleaning and the laundry. We spend a lot of our day just making sure the water is running and the lights are working in every room. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the small details. People come here because they need a simple bed for the night in this part of Delhi. We just do our best to keep things functional and quiet for them.
