Oberoi Group Of Hotels

Our little office for the Oberoi Group Of Hotels sits over in Budh Vihar, specifically in Phase-1 at X-26. It’s not what you might expect if you’ve seen the big hotels. This is where the behind-the-scenes stuff happens, mostly managing files and making sure the local operations stay steady. The street outside is usually full of people and the occasional cow wandering past. We spend most of our time at our desks. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we just have to wait it out. It’s a standard New Delhi workspace, nothing too flashy. We share the building with some other shops, so there is always someone coming or going. Lunch breaks are usually spent grabbing something from the local vendor down the road. We try to keep things organized, but in a small space like this, folders tend to pile up quickly. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the filing cabinets. We don't have a big reception area or a lobby. It’s just us doing our part in the bigger picture of the company. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. Working here feels like being part of the neighborhood. We know the shopkeepers next door and the guy who sells tea. It’s just a normal day at the office for us, doing the work that keeps things running.
