You can find us at A-408 in the Nanda Devi Apartment complex, which is on Plot No. 19 in Sector-10, Dwarka. It’s a bit of a trek to get out to New Delhi-75 if you’re coming from the center of the city, but it’s a quieter area once you’re finally here. Even though we’re part of the Oberoi Group, this particular office feels more like a home because it’s actually inside an apartment building. We have a few rooms set up with computers and desks where we handle the back-end stuff like payroll and accounts. The view from the window is mostly other apartment blocks and some trees. It’s not a grand hotel lobby with marble floors; it’s just a place where we sit and work on schedules and accounting tasks. The lift in the building can be a bit slow during the morning rush when everyone is heading out for the day. We have our own little kitchen where we make lunch, and usually, someone brings in snacks to share with the rest of the team. It gets a bit cramped when we have meetings because we have to pull in extra chairs from the other rooms. We don't have a big sign outside, so you have to know exactly which floor to go to. It’s a very grounded way to work, away from the flashiness of the hospitality world. We just focus on our tasks, making sure the numbers add up correctly.
