Oberoi Flight Services

We've been at 9 Old Survey Road in Dehradun for a while now. It's a busy spot, mostly because of how much goes on with the flights and the food prep. Oberoi Flight Services isn't a fancy office with lots of glass; it's more of a place where people show up early, get the work done, and make sure things move on time. The air in Dehradun is usually nice, but inside the kitchen or the loading areas, it gets pretty warm. We spend a lot of our day checking lists and making sure the supplies are right. Sometimes the trucks are late or the weather up here makes things tricky, but that's just part of the job. Most of the guys here have lived in this area for years, so we all know each other. We don't really do much advertising. People find us because we’re right there on the road. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting crates and organizing meals for the planes. It’s not always pretty, and the paperwork can be a headache, but we keep at it. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there's a lot of noise and movement. We just focus on getting the trays packed and the orders sorted without making too much of a fuss about it. That's basically how things go here every day. It's just us doing what we know how to do.
