Oberoi Flight Services. New Delhi.

We are over here in Surya Nagar, which is technically Ghaziabad but right on the edge of New Delhi. Our office is at A-81. It’s a regular building in a neighborhood that stays pretty busy most of the time. We spend our days dealing with flight-related things, mostly the logistics side of it. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are delays or changes at the airport, which happens more often than you’d think. There are about five of us here usually. We drink a lot of tea while we look at schedules on our old monitors. The furniture has seen better days, and the printer makes a loud grinding noise every time we use it, but it gets the job done. Working near the border means we deal with traffic every single morning and evening. It’s just part of the routine. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know where we are. We just keep our heads down and handle the paperwork. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook, and other times it's quiet for an hour or two. We’ve been at this address for a long while now. The street outside has a few small shops and a lot of parked cars. It’s not a fancy corporate setup, just a workspace where we try to stay organized and keep everything moving for the flights we manage. It isn't much, but it's where we work.
