Our small office is set up at House Number 4115 in Defence Colony, which is a quiet part of Jind in Haryana. Pawan Kumar is the name you will usually find on the paperwork around here. We handle flight service tasks, but we do it from this residential house rather than some big glass building at an airport. It is a different way of working, but it suits us just fine. Most of our day is spent at our desks, checking schedules and making sure the files are in the right place. Jind is a lot calmer than the big cities, so we do not have to deal with too much traffic when we come into work. The office is basically a few rooms filled with computers and filing cabinets. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. We do not have a big team or any fancy receptionists. It is just a handful of us who know the job and get it done without making a fuss. The neighbors in Defence Colony are used to seeing us coming and going by now. We try to keep things very straightforward here. There are no big corporate speeches or complicated rules to follow. If there is work to be done, we just sit down and finish it. It is an honest living in a place we know well.
