Our place is over in Dilshad Garden, at B-17 S/2. It’s a contact center, so as you can imagine, it’s rarely quiet here. There are rows of desks and people with headsets on for most of the day and night. We’ve been operating out of this spot in Delhi for a good while. It’s not a very big building, but we pack a lot into it. The work is mostly about talking to people and answering questions. It can be tiring, but the staff here are used to the pace. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. When you walk in, it’s straight to the work area. The neighborhood of Dilshad Garden is busy, and we fit right in. We have a small room for breaks where people can grab a tea and sit for a minute. We don't have any big corporate mottos on the walls. We just have schedules and phone numbers. It’s a practical setup. Sometimes the equipment gets old and we have to fix it, or the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in. That’s just how it is. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people working the phones and keeping things moving. It’s a steady job and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We try to keep it simple.
