Oberoi Contact Centre, Eih Pvt Ltd

Started here in Mayur Vihar Phase II. It's in Pocket E, Flat No 11. It's a busy spot in Delhi. People come in every day to handle calls. The neighborhood is mostly residential so it's quiet in some parts but the roads get packed during rush hour. We spend most of our time at our desks. Eih Pvt Ltd is the parent name on the door. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular place where work gets done. Sometimes the power flickers, typical for this part of Delhi. We have tea breaks nearby. The office is functional. It’s a contact centre, so phones are always ringing. We deal with whatever comes through the line. Usually, it's just about helping folks out with their bookings or questions. The address is 110091, if you’re looking on a map. It’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for the specific flat number. We’ve been here for a while now. The stairs are a bit narrow. Everyone knows everyone else by now. It’s just a job for most of us, keeping things moving for the Oberoi name. There isn't much to say about the decor, it's just desks and chairs and headsets. We keep the AC running because the Delhi heat is no joke, especially in the summer months. It is not glamorous work but it is ours and we show up every morning.
