Oberoi Airport Services, Igi Aiport

We operate out of Flat No.-517 in the LIG Flats, Sector-16, Pocket-B in Dwarka. This is where Oberoi Airport Services is based. Since we are so close to the IGI Airport, it makes sense for us to be here. The flat isn't huge, but it serves as our main hub for organizing things. Many of us have worked at the airport for a long time, so we know how things run over there. It’s a busy life, with shifts starting at all hours of the day and night. Someone is always coming back from a shift while someone else is just waking up and heading out. We keep our uniforms and logs here. It feels like a small community in this pocket of Dwarka. We talk about the planes and the travelers over morning tea. Sometimes the noise from the flights is loud, but you stop noticing it after a week. We are just regular people making sure things happen at the airport like they should. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, especially during the holidays. We don’t have a fancy lobby or reception desk. Just a few rooms where we get things done. We’ve been in this flat for a good while now and we know all the neighbors in the building. It’s a steady job for us here. We just try to get through the shifts and help out where we can.
