We are based out of Asha Park on Jail Road. It’s a small office at A-29 where we handle travel plans for people. Ravi Agarwal and Abhineet Agarwal started this thing, and we’ve been helping folks figure out their trips for a long time under the name Oasis Tours India Pvt. Ltd. It’s not always easy planning a vacation with all the flight changes and hotel bookings, but we stay on top of it. The office is usually filled with brochures and maps scattered around. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit overwhelming. New Delhi is a hectic place to work, especially around the Jail Road area, but we like it here. We take care of the details so people don't have to worry too much about their holidays. It’s mostly about booking tickets and figuring out the best routes for them. Sometimes things go wrong with a booking, and we spend the whole afternoon on the phone trying to fix it. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local team trying to help travelers get from point A to point B. If you stop by, you'll probably see us buried in paperwork or talking to airlines. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big promises, just getting the travel work done. It’s a lot of coordination every single day.
