You can find our place at E-13, Khasra Number 271, in Prahlad Vihar, which is part of Rohini Sector 25 in Delhi. This is a busy area where you see a lot of small businesses and new construction happening all the time. Our office and workshop are all in one spot here. Because we work with air conditioning units, the space is usually filled with machines, spare parts, and various tools. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, mainly because there is always something being taken apart or put back together. We have a small team of technicians who are either out on a job or busy fixing a unit right here on the floor. The sound of testing compressors and fans is basically what we hear all day long. We don't have a fancy waiting room for people who drop by. Usually, customers just come in, explain what’s wrong with their AC, and we start looking at it. It’s a very hands-on type of environment. The summers in Delhi are really tough, so that’s when we are the most active, often working late into the evening to keep up with all the repairs. We don't have big mission statements on the walls or use corporate language. We just focus on fixing the equipment and making sure we have the right parts in stock. It gets quite dusty in this part of Rohini, so we are always cleaning off the tools and the units.
