Nuance Bpo Services

Nuance Bpo Services is located over in Keshav Puram, at C-7/274. It is a residential-feeling area in New Delhi, which makes coming to work feel a bit more relaxed than being in a huge office park. We are just a group of people working on phones and computers. It is a BPO, so you can imagine it is a lot of headsets and typing. The office is not huge, but we make it work. We have our desks close together and there is usually some chatter in the background. We handle different tasks for other companies, mostly things that people do not want to do themselves. It is steady work. We have got a small break area where we eat our tiffins and talk about whatever was on TV last night. The street outside can get a bit noisy with traffic, but once you are inside, we just focus on the screens. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do a decent job so our clients stay happy and we can keep the lights on. It is a very normal, everyday kind of place. Some of us have been here since the start, and others are newer, but we all just get along and do the shifts. It is not glamorous, but it is our job and we take it seriously enough to keep things moving. That is really all there is to it at our Keshav Puram office.
