Nuance Bpo Matrix

Nuance Bpo Matrix is based in Sector-8, Rohini, specifically at D-13/29. It’s a typical office setup for this part of New Delhi. We aren't located in one of those shiny new business parks; we are right in the middle of a regular residential and commercial block. The office is basically a few rooms filled with workstations where we handle various back-office processes. It’s a lot of data work and phone calls, so there’s always a steady hum of voices and keyboard clicking throughout the day. We don't have any fancy lounge areas or high-end coffee machines. We just have our chairs and our screens. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the center of the city, which is nice for a change. We have a small group of employees who come in and get the work done without much drama. We don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords or talk about "changing the industry." We are just here to provide the services we were set up for and keep the business running smoothly. Sometimes we have to deal with the usual office problems like a leaky tap or a flickering light, but we just fix it and keep moving. It’s an unpolished, honest place to work. We don't try to be anything special, just a group of people doing their jobs in Rohini every day.
