Nuance Bpo Matrix, Pvt. Ltd

Our office is tucked away in Shivam Apartment, Flat No 9, over in Ward No 2 of Mehrauli. It’s a historic part of New Delhi, so the lanes can be a bit narrow and hard to navigate if you’re driving. Nuance Bpo Matrix, Pvt. Ltd has been running from here for a bit. It feels more like a home than a cold office building because it’s in an apartment complex. We like it that way. It makes the day feel a little less stressful. We’ve got the address 177/D 1, and the pin is 110030. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and people with headsets on. It can get pretty loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s the nature of a BPO. We don't have fancy break rooms or anything like that. We just grab a chai from the stall downstairs when we need a minute. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the internet sometimes acts up when it rains, but we always manage to stay on track. We are just a group of people working hard to make sure things get done. No big mission statements here, just the daily grind in Mehrauli. It’s a decent place to work, and we all know each other’s names. That counts for something in a big city like Delhi. We have a good little community here in the building.
