Nu Travel Bureau [Apex International]

You can find us over at D-146 on the first floor in Kilokri, which is part of the Maharanibagh area. We have been running Nu Travel Bureau, also known as Apex International, from this spot for quite some time now. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but once you’re here, it’s just a normal office with desks and maps. New Delhi -110014 is the area code. We spend most of our time looking at flight schedules and talking to people about where they want to go. Some days are very slow, and we just sit and drink tea. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing and everyone is in a hurry. We try to help people figure out their trips without making it too complicated. Kilokri is a busy neighborhood, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. It’s a practical place. We don’t have fancy decorations. Just the stuff we need to get the tickets booked and the itineraries sorted. Most of the people who come in are from around the neighborhood or have heard about us from friends. We know the local area well. If you are looking for us, just look for the sign near the first floor. We are usually here until late evening. It is just a small team of us working together every day. We like it that way. We keep the desk tidy most of the time. It is a good way to earn a living.
