You can find us at 55-A Chandu Park, up on the third floor. Krishna Nagar is a busy area, and being in Delhi-51 keeps us right in the thick of everything. Ntspl is just a small operation where we handle various technical tasks and service requests. It is not the kind of place with a lobby or a fancy receptionist. Usually, you will just see a few of us hunched over computers or talking on the phone with clients. We started this because we knew a bit about technology and wanted to work for ourselves. The stairs up to the third floor can be a bit much in the summer heat, but we are used to it by now. The neighborhood is loud, with shops and traffic everywhere, but inside the office, we try to keep things focused. We do not have any big marketing plans or anything like that. People mostly find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. Some days are slow, and we spend time just drinking tea and talking. Other days, we are swamped with more work than we can handle. We are not perfect, and sometimes we take a bit longer than we should to finish a project, but we always get it done eventually. It is just a local business trying to make a living in a crowded city. We like the independence of being here in Chandu Park. It is our own little corner where we do things our way.
