Nova Communication

Nova Communication is situated in Shaheen Bagh inside Suroor Plaza, at Shop Number 2, C82 Al. Being in a plaza means we get a mix of different people coming through, from families out shopping to students looking for a new gadget. The shop has a glass front that we try to keep clean, though fingerprints always seem to appear by midday. Inside, it’s quite bright because of the plaza lights, and we have our products laid out in simple glass displays. We sell a variety of mobile accessories and help people with their phone settings or service plans. It can get a bit noisy when the plaza is full, but we like the energy of the place. There is a small counter where we do the billing and another corner where we handle minor repairs. We don't have a fancy mission or a corporate headquarters. It’s just us here every day, making sure we provide what the customers are looking for. Sometimes we share a laugh with the shopkeepers next door during the slow hours in the afternoon. Shaheen Bagh is a vibrant neighborhood and being in Suroor Plaza puts us right in the middle of everything. We focus on the practical stuff, like making sure a charger actually works or finding the right tempered glass for a curved screen. It’s a busy, everyday kind of life that we really enjoy.
