Nouvel Maintenance

Our office is located at 1375/4 in the Urban Estate area of Gurgaon. It’s a pretty standard part of Haryana, and we’ve been operating Nouvel Maintenance from this spot for quite a while. We aren't a huge company with a call center. It’s just us and our tools, really. We spend most of our time out at different sites, but this is where we keep the supplies and handle the scheduling. The Urban Estate is a good place for us because it’s central enough to get to our clients quickly. We do a lot of the basic upkeep and repair work that people need. It’s messy work sometimes, and our uniforms usually show it by the end of the shift. We don’t have a polished front office because we are usually too busy working to sit around. People call us when something breaks or needs a bit of attention, and we go out and fix it. That’s pretty much the whole story. We’ve lived and worked in Gurgaon for years, so we know how the buildings here are put together. There’s no secret to what we do. We just show up on time and try to do a decent job so things keep running. It’s a local business, run by local people who know the neighborhood. We like the independence of it.
