Our place is located at 20/592 in the Mdangir D.D.A. Flats. Being based in New Delhi 10062 means we are right in the middle of a very busy residential area. Northpoint Hospital Pvt. Ltd. isn't some giant medical campus; it’s a local facility where we try to help out as best as we can. The building is a bit older, like many in the D.D.A. complexes, but we keep it functional. The staff here are mostly local people who know the neighbors. we don't have a fancy PR person to write our descriptions, so we just say it like it is. It can get pretty hectic in the hallways when there are a lot of people coming in, but we just deal with it one person at a time. We don't use those shiny brochures with fake smiles. It’s a real hospital with real smells and sounds. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving between rooms and checking on things. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. The flats around us are full of families, so there is always noise and life just outside the doors. We aren't trying to be the most modern place in the world, just a reliable one for the people nearby. We keep our equipment ready and our files updated. It’s a simple operation run by people who care about their work and don't feel the need to brag about it every single day.
