We’re located in Pushp Vihar, right in Sector-1 of Saket. Our door is at 136/8, and it is a busy little corner of New Delhi. We do a lot of tour planning here, which means the phones are always going. It is not the kind of place with marble floors or big signs. It’s just an office where people work hard. We have maps and schedules pinned up all over the walls. It helps us keep track of where everyone is supposed to be. Delhi summers are tough, but we have our fans and AC going while we sort out travel details for people. Most of us have been here for years, so we know the routine inside out. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just help folks see new places. It is a lot of data entry, phone calls, and fixing problems when a hotel booking goes sideways. The 110017 area is quite active, so there is always something happening outside our window. We take our breaks when we can and usually grab some street food from the nearby vendors. It is a simple life, focused on making sure the tours go off without any major issues. We are not trying to be anything we are not. We are just a local team in Saket doing our job every day. There is always a lot of paper on the desks.
